Thought I a just posted my review, but not sure if it posted. Ordered the Brooklyn Pizza and the Cheesy Marinara Dip and they were both delicious- would definitely order again. Wanted to change things up from our local pizza joints which have gone downhill both service and quality wise. Nicholas delivered the pizza and was very friendly and provided the correct order.

At this point, I have no choice but to give 1 star. Wouldn't accept PayPal payment. Tried cash option and the website wouldn't redeem my points for free pizza. I called the store, but they refused to redeem my points over the phone. Edit: Wow....finally got my order through, after 1/2 hour of trying, and then they called me to say they "don't deliver to my address," which is 1 mile away! Then it was, oh, we got the wrong number. (insert eye roll) At this point, I just hope I get my order. If I do, I'll bump it up to 2 stars. Good grief! I usually have a good experience, but the last couple times have not been great.

Dear Domino's Customer Service Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent experience I had with Domino's delivery service. As a loyal and long-standing customer, I have always appreciated the convenience and quality of your products, but my most recent encounter has left me disheartened. On 10/18, I placed an order with the expectation of a prompt delivery, as I was quoted a 45- 55 minute delivery time. However, over an hour later, my order had not arrived, and I was left without any communication or updates regarding its status. I decided to contact the store to inquire about the delay. The customer service representative I spoke with informed me that my order had not even been placed in the oven due to a shortage of delivery drivers, and the individual I spoke with was the only one on duty at that time. This information was conveyed to me without any prior notification or explanation. I believe that it is essential for customers to be promptly informed about any significant delays or issues with their orders, allowing them to make informed decisions or seek alternatives if necessary. Furthermore, I inquired about the possibility of receiving the points back for the free pizza I was entitled to as a part of Domino's loyalty program. Regrettably, the representative I spoke with was unable to assist me in this matter, which added to my frustration and dissatisfaction with the overall experience. As a loyal customer who has enjoyed Domino's products and services for an extended period, I have come to expect a certain level of service and professionalism. It is disheartening to experience such a significant departure from the service standards that have kept me coming back to Domino's. I kindly request that you review and address the issues I have raised in this message to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future. While I understand that occasional challenges may arise in the food delivery industry, I believe that open communication and appropriate compensation for delays are essential to maintaining customer trust and satisfaction. I sincerely hope that my feedback is taken into consideration and that appropriate measures are taken to improve the overall customer experience at your establishment. I am still committed to being a Domino's customer, but I would appreciate a response addressing my concerns and any steps taken to prevent a recurrence of such issues in the future. Every time I come to pick up my pizza the staff is working fast and hard on multiple orders and everyone I have ever interacted with at the registers has been respectful, professional and personable. Good job everyone!

So I understand that places get busy, especially weekends. I placed an order online at 7:40 pm. I got there about 8:40 pm. They haven't started it....isn't the point of online to not having to wait in line. I sat there till 9:20pm waiting for food that I ordered almost 2 hrs so it would be ready when I was heading home. I spoke to someone about the wait and he was pretty much like idk what to tell you sorry.

We placed a large order through the app which would not go through. We went to the store and ordered in person with a rude staff who would not accommodate extra sauce for the pasta. When we opened the order back home, the pasta portions were a joke. It is the cheapest thing to make and they gave a laughable amount. With so many other places competing, better service and food would be a good idea.

Absolutely disgusting, I ordered one pizza at 6:40pm said delivery was 30-40 minutes an hour later said pizza was just put in oven. I call and was told it would be another 40 minutes to an hour before we would get the pizza. 2 hours to make a pizza is just ridiculous. The sad part is that this is the second time it has happened to me in a week, and we wanted to give you a second chance, I guess that was stupid to do.

Pizza was good as usual and atmosphere was regular Domino's atmosphere if it has been over the past 25 years I've been going there which is good, LOL
